| Best Bass Lures/Bait |
Topwater frogs and buzzbaits have been working very well. |
| Best Bass Spots |
East Lake 3, East Lake 5. |
| Best Trout Lures/Bait |
The most common setup is a small treble hook, with a short leader (8”-10”) and a sliding egg weight. The combo of chartreuse power bait along with half of a nightcrawler (blown up) landed many trout last season. |
| Best Trout Spots |
Lakes 2,3 and 4 are the lakes we stock with Rainbow Trout. Trout are caught all around these lakes. You can cast as far as you can or simply throw out a line eight feet from shore and be successful.
*Trout fishing is seasonal. We stock Rainbow Trout during the months of November-March. |
| Best Catfish Bait |
Mackerel seems to be a crowd favorite as well as mealworms. |
| Best Catfish Spots |
North Lake 4, close to shore. |
