Ladies at the Lake Fall Market, 2026 Vendor Application

• This event will take place on Saturday, October 10, 2026 from 10:00AM–3:00PM. This is a rain or shine event.

• The vendor fee is $125 if paid before August 14, 2026 and will be $150 after August 14, 2026 . This fee will be non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve staff.

• 10x10 canopies are required for all booth spaces.

• A limited number of booths with electricity are available for an additional $35. These spaces are first come, first served. Please indicate your request for electricity on the application.

• There will be no gazebo spots this year.

• Completed applications must be submitted via the web portal by July 6, 2026.

• Selected vendors will be notified via email by August 3, 2026 or shortly thereafter. Payment instructions will be provided at that time.

If you receive a request for payment outside of official communication from Santee Lakes, it is not legitimate. Secure payment links will only be sent via email after vendor selection.

To ensure a diverse and engaging shopping experience, vendors will be selected by committee based on product type, booth appearance and overall event balance.
