Laser Tag FAQs

Is there an age limit to play? What is the recommended age to play?

If the player is old enough to physically operate the equipment they can play. Six years old and up is recommended as the equipment is large and can be difficult to hold for younger children.

How many players can play at one time? What is the maximum total group size?

The maximum number of players that can play at any given time is 20. Groups with 60+ players need to book additional time to ensure all players can play.

Will a staff member be present for the entire 2-hour session?

Yes, a staff member will be present for the entirety of the session.

Can groups split the gameplay time (ex: 1 hour at beginning, 1 hour later)?

The private group block cannot be broken up into segments. Players are welcome to take breaks as long as they would like, but it would count towards their group time.

What happens if it rains or weather changes?

As per our picnic cancellation policy, reservations will only be refunded at staff discretion due to inclement weather.

Can gameplay be extended on the day of the event if the group wants more time?

Yes, gameplay can be extended in certain circumstances but is not guaranteed unless both time blocks are booked by the same party.

Yes, a detailed rules briefing will be provided prior to gameplay.

What is the arrival/check-in expectation for groups before gameplay starts?

It is recommended that groups arrive 30 minutes before their gameplay window to ensure a smooth check-in process.
