Cabin guests can check in during Park Hours at the Park Office.  If checking in after Park hours, please follow the directions below.

After Hours Check-In 

If you arrive after 5PM the Park Office will be closed. To check-in please proceed directly to the Gatehouse via the main Park entrance (Until 7PM).

If you are arriving after 7PM the Park Office and Gatehouse will be closed. Please stop at the main Park entrance and push the call button to notify the Ranger that you have arrived to check-in and then proceed with the following steps below. 

1.   Please refer to your registered email for the current gate code, bathroom code and Tengo Wi-Fi password (this email is sent out to all guests on Fridays). In addition, each cabin has it’s own Cox Wi-Fi and the password can be found on the router located inside the cabin. Gate code will be used at the front gate, and again in the left lane at the Gatehouse booth. 

2.  Locate your cabin on the campground map HERE or grab a paper copy from the brochure box located near the gatehouse keypad. 

3. Proceed directly to your cabin and a Ranger will meet you at the cabin with cabin keys and a parking pass.

4.   If you experience any issues, please contact Park Staff at 619-596-3141 and leave a message with your name, phone number, and site number. Staff routinely patrol the Park, however there may be a delay in response.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of $27.50 cancellation fee. There is no refund for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date or for an early departure. 

A City of Santee 10% occupancy tax will be charged on camping reservations under 30 days and all cabin reservations.
