Swimbait Invasion Expo is happening next weekend!
March 7 from 11:00AM-4:00PM. Even if you are not here to buy some great swimbaits, you can stop by the 🍺BEER GARDEN🍺 and the FOOD trucks/booth! Alpine Beer Company will provide some great beer for a great cause, with all proceeds going to the Paralyzed Veterans of America, Cal-Diego Chapter! Big Dev’s BBQ will be here with some pulled pork along with BARYO with some amazing poke bowls and fresh jerky! 😄

How long have you worked at the Lakes?
Almost three years!
What do you like about working here?
One of my favorite aspects of working here is seeing people making memories with their families. Whether they are here for a day of fishing, a weekend stay in our cabins, or enjoying one of our special events like Eggstravaganza or Santa At The Lakes, my hope is that our guests create lifelong memories that keep them returning to Santee Lakes for years to come.
What is your favorite food?
2 in 1 burrito from Lolita’s. It is two rolled tacos inside of a carne asada burrito.
What is a fun fact about you?
I’ve completed one marathon and 17 half marathons in San Diego, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Seattle, and Disneyland!
What is one animal you are really afraid of?
While I know it’s an insect and not an animal….BEES!
We are still on target for our campus revitalization! The Administration Building is very close to complete and the concrete pilings for the Dining Deck are moving right along!
