Say Hello to Grant Low!

In his free time, Grant enjoys watching baseball, playing basketball, and spending time with his dog, Gigi.
Construction is underway!
Thanks to you, it’s happening! Our General Store/Administration Building/Teen Center renovation project is underway! Though parking is limited, the General Store is open and boat rentals are available. Did you know that Santee Lakes is a self-sufficient park and campground? This means that we do not receive any water rate-payer or tax-payer funds, and we rely on guest user fees to operate. This project would not be possible without our visitors and campers! We will keep you posted on this project. Stay tuned!
Community kids need backpacks and school supplies!
We are partnering with the Santee Mobilehome Owners Action Committee, Inc. (SMOAC) through the month of June to provide backpacks to children in need! Bring a 🎒 to support our community’s children, and get a 1/2 price pedal boat Monday-Friday! You can drop off the new backpack any day of the week in the General Store from 9AM to 5PM.
Did you know?
Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve is owned and operated by Padre Dam Municipal Water District and is self‐sustaining, receiving no funds from water/sewer ratepayers or taxpayer subsidies. The Park operates from guest user fees, grants and awards, collaborations with community groups, and sponsorships.
